The item was described as a genuine OEM Whirlpool part but I received a knockoff part manufactured by Hanyu with an entirely different model number. DO NOT purchase parts from Sun Parts, you'll get swindled just like I did. All I wanted was to get my washing machine running again. Instead I'm dealing with a hassle.
