Item sizes tagged wrong

Costume ran way too small. I purchased a Medium only to find out it was more like a XS or S. Trying to return it has been difficult. Began process to return on 10/31, it is now 11/11 and have not received a shipping label to mail out.

Dorothy costume

This costume ran exceptionally small. I wear a size 10 and got the extra large just so I would have room to wear clothing underneath. I couldn't hardly get it fastened. Returns were a nightmare.
