I've used this product for the past several years and it's the only printer that's performed so well and consistently in the last many decades of struggling with one printer after another. I was frustrated for years with printers that malfunctioned in one way or another and don't know how much money I wasted trying new ones until I found this particular Brother model. It has served me extremely well. If I had more patience, knowledge or time this one could most likely have been repaired but I had some immediate work that had to be out and felt that for the reasonable price I'd buy a new one.

The setup was so uncomplicated. The interface is simple and straightforward. The quality of print is very nice. So far (only a few days in), I'm a fan. I would not hesitate to buy this printer. I had recently bought a more expensive Canon printer, and OMG the setup and function was like rocket science. The manual alone was like 600 pages. By the time I figured everything out it would have been outdated. So, if you're looking for a reasonably priced printer that is simple with good quality color/B%26W, this is a good choice.
