I was skeptical at first. I hadn't used suave products for yearssss but after suffering major hair loss after my 2nd baby and noticing that all the expensive shampoos seemed to make it worse I decided if my hair is gonna fall out anyways I might as well save some money and get cheap shampoo/cond. I've used this consistently for 2 months and it's completely saved my hair and thickened it up so beautifully. I have my old volume and body back. I wash my hair a few times a week so idk if it's idea for daily use but I would say this stuff is legit and for the price you really can't beat it.
