I absolutely love the dark cocoa powder. I use it along with regular cocoa powder I put a little bit in my coffee every day. It adds a nice rich flavor. I have not tried baking with this, but I'm sure it would be a nice addition or substitute for regular cocoa powder. It has a beautiful rich, red brown color and has an amazing flavor. My only problem with this product is that it's extremely hard to find so when I do find it I like to stock up. Try it you won't regret it. You will love it.
