Bottom line is Adolphs meat tenderizer does what it is suppose to do. After applying, I let it sit usually overnight and get great results. Anytime you find this large bottle on Sams club, buy it. I needed some a couple of months ago and Sams was out of stock so I purchase a small 4oz bottle at the grocery store and it cost about 4 bucks . I got this big bottle from Sams for less than $9 and its 11 times the amount.

Nice to be able to find this Original tenderizer still available where the Best Price is ALSO available. It's just the same as when my mom used it decades ago. Never found any meat it couldn't tenderize, given enough time. Heck, I bet it could tenderize an old shoe.
