PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT ~~~ IT EASY TO INSTALL ~~~ PRICE IS FAIR ~~~BUT IT HAS FABRICATION ISSUES THAT I FEEL FOR THE WAY ITS MADE IS DANGEROUS TO USE OR PULL TRAILERS WITH THERE FOR I CANNOT USE ON MY TRUCK ~~ %23 1 WHERE THE BALL SLIDES ON AND IS PINNED WITH 1 PIN IT HAS ALOT OF MOVEMENT UP AND DOWN ~%232 ON THE BOTTOM SETTING WHERE I AM GOING TO USE MINE THE BALL ASSEMBLY THAT MOVES UP AND DOWN ON THE SHAFT WITH THE BALL RUNS ABOUT A 1/4 OF A INCH PAST THE SHAFT IT SLIDES UP AND DOWN ON INSTEAD OF THE SHAFT ITSELF BEING LONGER %233 THE SHAFT THAT SLIDES INTO RECEIVER SHOULD BE ABOUT AT LEAST A 1 INCH LONGER ~~~ FOR THESE REASONS AND THE WAY WITH THE BALL ASSEMBLY IS MADE ESPECIALLY WITH HAVING A OPEN 1/4 WHICH I AM GUESSING BACK ON IT AND WITH ONLY HAVING 1 PIN HOLDING IT ON THE RECEIVER WITH ALL THE MOVEMENT UP AND DOWN I FELL ITS VERY UNSAFE AND DANGEROUS TO USE ~~~ AND I AM NOT A MECHANICAL ENGINEER BUT I AM 63 1/2 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE HAVE BEEN PULLING TRAILER 48 1/2 YEARS AND I DON,T KNOW IF IT WAS A QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE WHY THIS BALL MOUNT ASSEMBLY ON THIS HITCH IS SO LOOSE AND MOVES UP AND DOWN ON THIS HITCH OR WHY IT WAS ENGINEERED WITH A SHORTER DOWN SHAFT OR and IT GOT SHIPPED OUT LIKE THIS BUT ITS UNSAFE TO USE IN MY OPINION~~~~~~~~~~~~Cant show pics cause i have no way to do so !!!!!!
