I like that this is non fortified (only because I want to avoid folic acid when possible), this is way lower in vitamins than the fortified version, on one hand it not having added folic acid is nice but also it lacking in other vitamins in comparison to fortified one is a downside, nothing wrong with food fortification itself, it's just that folic acid is bad and proven to be inferior to natural sources which vegans can easily get enough of (non vegans may struggle with that vitamin). can you please make a version that's fortified but with the exclusion of folic acid?
