Rust-Oleum Zinnser 03688 Cover Up White Stain Sealing Ceiling Paint

The color was perfect, and it covered up small imperfections. So, it looked great after it dried. I used eye protection and wore a mask, and it is important to use these items. I covered every area within a few feet with throws to protect anything under or around within a few feet. That was all good. Now the bad. It is very messy (maybe because the spray was straight up, don't know) but it was very messy, lots of drops down below, etc. The real bad part was it left a white film all over my living room and dining room furniture. it also left a film on all my kitchen counters and it was a pain to clean up. I don't know what I did wrong since the instructions said to make sure you have good ventilation. I did that since I opened my kitchen, dining room and living room windows to vent. Maybe to much vent and it spread the paint spray film all over. Like I said, it turned out great as far as how it looked, however the cleanup was awful and took a long time. Not so happy during clean-up but a happy camper now. I gave it a five star just because I love how my ceiling looked after I painted and, in the future, (now that I know) I will use throws all over my house on everything in the rooms that are in the same area as where I would use the spray paint. And since I wore a mask and a pair of good eye protection I would not open all my windows and door until after I sprayed. I think maybe that is what made it go all over? Not sure on that however I don't know what else would have caused it.

easy to apply.... not messy .. coverage needed for use.. color matched brought the item twice.
