i moved in with a friend renting a room and keep telling her i could smell something sour from that room. when we opened it up mold was covering the ceiling. First thought was to replace all sheet rock. Came across this and purchased. its been amazing. areas still have to be replaced but 1 gallon covered that room 5 times. Taking care of the issue. i will suggest to purchase paint and primer mold resistant paint. As a precaution. It does what it says it does. we wore mask but the chemical wasn't bad. Easy to use. I'd use it again in a heart beat. well worth the money.
