Merkt's Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese, 12.9oz, Tub, Refrigerated/Chilled

I love this stuff I wish it were more consistent some tubs have a lot of port some only have a little at the top. Either way it's still a good cheese. I usually just eat it on crackers but it's also really good on hamburgers and in ham sandwiches. I like to take it out and leave it warm up a bit before using it so it spreads more easily and smoothly. Fresh out of the refrigerator it spreads on a cracker alright but not easily on bread. I can still get it on bread or bun but it takes more practice. It has a nice slightly sharp and tweet flavor. It lasts for a long time. I've kept it on the fridge for up to 2 or 3 months and it tastes just as good as the first time I used it.

After about 15 minutes of sitting out will spread pretty well, however, 1/2 hr Hits better for spreading. Taste very good cheddary but not too sharp. Like for crackers cause unlike pieces of cheese that are either too large, small or thin for the cracker, is just right.
