Great Product!

No set-up required. Good for small scrapbooking type projects. Only con- the plastic "protector" that keeps fingers away from blade is easy to break. It doesnt actually lock in place very well, so when i went to put it back in the slots i must have pushed 'too hard' because it broke the tabs.

Great blade, could use a guide

Blade is excellent. Heavy enough that it keeps it steady. Wooden plate (pressboard) is sturdy. The guillotine has a plastic guard so you avoid sticking your fingers under the blade, but there is no guide on the left to ensure you keep your paper steady and in the right place when cutting. If it had that, it'd be a 5-star. Also, my original shipment from Walmart came all dirty (grease) and damaged and had to exchange it (but that's a vendor issue, not a product one ;) )
