Tires are excellent!!! BUT..... On my first appointment the wrong tires were shipped so I had to reorder the tires and reset my appointment... (Mind you... I'm driving with my spare donut). no appts available until about a week (mas o menos). I go the second time and at the counter the employee tells me I owe for the tire disposal fee. I tell him that I asked to keep my tires. One was the spare. He calls clerk and I told him they're charging me the disposal fee, remember I told you I was keeping the tires. So I wasn't charged. I left and lo and behold... They only gave me my spare. I called the office and explained.. He asked me to go but tires had already been picked up/shipped. I didn't go I didn't call them back anymore I still have to buy two more tires and I feel really awkward going to a different place to get them installed, I didn't want to cause anything cuz I have to go back and use their service. I will never use Walmart again. My 1st annnnnnd last🫤

Quality Service, Poor Paperwork

Excellent ales and service. My only complaint is the receipt, the ink was too light and the prrin t wass so smalll it was very difficult to read.. When I purchased them on line included in the costl was Road handler warranty.. on the paper (so-callled Receipt) that I was given after they were installed, It states that they're not covered with the Road hazard warranty. There is also no price what-so-ever on it showing what I was charged.. so if something goes wrong, what proof will I have??

Very good budget tire if you are short on cash

I am a mechanic and needed some tires for my Honda when my Kuhmo tires had uneven wear. I was originally gonna purchase Falken or Toyo tires, but I have heard of Achilles in the past and decided to give them a try. After about 3,000 miles, they are holding up well. This tire will not wow you unless it's with the price. It's good in dry and wet, and decent in the snow. Great tire if you are lacking funds for more expensive tires and need to get by for about 2 years.
