Acer H6510BD 3D Ready DLP Projector, 16:9

This projector creates a bright, clear, and huge image that is like having a movie screen in your house. I still can't believe how good it is, but I also haven't ever had a projector before. Still, I'm satisfied.

The H6510BD is compact. about the size of an American history text book. I mounted it upside suspended from the ceiling. For some reason the mounting holes for this projector are not near the corners or edge but grouped together in the middle of the project which seems odd but works. There is a small speaker onboard that sounds ok. You can hookup extermal speakers to this projector but you will need to use a 3.5mm to rca adaptor then use rca cables to hook into your surround sound. The image quality is great as far as I am concerned. I installed the projector around 10 foot away from the screen and am using a 120 wide screen. My kids love the media room, my wife enjoys the media room and I am thrilled with the media room and this projector is the center piece. Full disclosure I already plan to upgrade this projector and go with big led projector down the road but I will get great pleasure from watching this projector for a few years before then.
