I ordered a powercord for laptop. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. Got a notification that it was delivered by an unknown courier service. It never arrived. Called Customer Care and they said I would receive a call from supplier within 48 hrs. No call. After 4 days I called Customer Care once more and after almoat 3 weeks of waiting, they suggested a refund which would be back in my acct within 10 days. Nice. If I could give the experience zero stars, that would be my preference. I guess I will resort to Amazon.
