excellent computer and service

great little laptop- just what I wanted-small, lightweight and fairly fast. I did not require blazing speed just fairly quick reaction time- excellent computer for traveling.

Decent computer

I bought this for school, and over all it is pretty good. I wanted something small so that it was easy to carry. Its lightweight and fits easily into my backpack. The biggest complaint I have is about the touchpad. It is honestly infuriating! I have tried changing settings, but it is still horrible. Right-clicking, dragging, and highlighting text are all next to impossible. The speed isn't right (no matter the speed setting) and it is "jumpy" when you move it. At this point I am considering buying a wireless mouse. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

small laptop

I've had this just over a month. I use it mostly for writing and light internet use. When I bought it I did not know that the battery was internal to the computer. It can't be unplugged. Whenever the battery meter falls to 20%, my computer crashes. The manufacturer warranty on the product no longer covers shipping it to the repair center, and I'm not sure the battery is covered at all because of the way they have written the warranty. Very frustrating. Otherwise a pretty good computer. Normal-size keypad, and on/off options for the internet.
