Accumulair Carbon Odor Block filters are air filters designed to filter the entire household. The Accumulair Carbon filter uses carbon filtration to absorb odors and to reduce airborne allergens like dust particles and pet dander. This filter is great for creating a fresher-smelling indoor environment free of unpleasant odors. It removes common household odors like cooking odors, tobacco odors, and pet odors. Like other Accumulair filters, the Accumulair Carbon filters last up to three months, depending on air quality and other factors. They come in over 100 standard sizes, but they can also be custom made to fit virtually any filter system without necessary modifications.

Accumulair also offers custom made filters to fit any filter system. These filters come in four different types, each based on MERV ratings. The Accumulair Carbon filter is constructed of a special activated carbon impregnated filter media. The special pleated shape of the filter media allows for maximum odor capturing capacity and also lowers resistance to airflow. The pleated carbon media is laminated to a recyclable, galvanized, and corrosion resistant metal backing that adds strength to the filter. The pleated media pack is then bonded to the inside of a two piece heavy duty die cut frame that protects the filter against warping and bending from the heavy pressure of airflow. This die cut frame is also designed with diagonal and horizontal grid supports that add stronger durability and extra support.
