I really love this. It has far more necessary electrolytes than the other leading brands. I’ve been ending up hospitalized with low magnesium and potassium for months regardless of taking supplements due to chronic illnesses and was recommended a different brand, but it did not contain magnesium or potassium. I had tried several others that did contain magnesium and potassium and some contained stevia without mentioning it prominently which I am highly allergic to. I searched around and this one did. Unfortunately with zero sugar, my blood sugar is in the 50s drinking this one and losing too much weight. I’m going to try switching to their kind with sugar and see if it helps.

Love this product
I have tried so many electrolyte mixes and they are all way too sweet for me! This one is perfect- not too sweet, and no funky sugar alcohol or stevia aftertaste. I tried the peach and passion fruit flavors but those were a little on the sweet side. Lemon lime is just right! I drink these with my workouts and feel great afterwards.

Every day drink
I love the zero sugar lemon lime Drip Drop sticks.I work out every day and also play golf so I always have one or two packets in a water bottle a day.They keep me hydrated and feeling good.I've been drinking Drip Drop for a number of years and now have my friends drinking them too.
