I love that you can switch from cable to DVD to Netflix and all the apps just by clicking them on the main screen. You don't have to change the input anywhere. The remote is very simplistic, I find that it's really easy to mute when I just want to lower the volume.

I was at store and had to order on line and then come back to store at 5 pm for pick up. On sale on line only ? Girl in that department did not want to help ? She needs to be fired ? Talking about me in front of me where I could hear her. Which I got her name. Told me she did not have tv in back and my account showed in stock. Most pick up is good but having to make two trips to store, just wrong.

I initially went into store to buy this tv which I saw was 597.00. Then I get to register and it's $750. Take it back to tv area and I'm told the 597 is the internet price. So I went out to the parking lot and used my phone order on line. Had to make another trip back to pick it up. This is my complaint-why two prices? Seems misleading and kinda ****. You are charging me more when I buy it in the store?? Makes no sense
