Unless you get a high-priced boutique bread, this is about the healthiest there is, and it tastes great, especially for toast. I don't buy any other bread; if the store is out, I will wait until more stock comes in.

Try it. My family loves it.

The 12 grain is actually got a better nutritional label than the same brand with the healthy version. I love this bread works great for my diet. I don't eat too much of it but when I'm craving bread, this has not hurt my diet at all.
