Bought this for my dad. Pretty expensive, but cheaper than a fall. Very high quality and feels very secure; that's important when you're trying to get an older person to use something new. He is very confident with this device and understands its features. Doesn't look too much like 'hospital' equipment, so the room is still 'homey.'
