That extra grip translates to stopping distances that are better than three leading competitive tires on wet and dry pavement.[2]

Plus, the Michelin Defender 2 tire is designed with MaxTouch 2.0 technology to offer a smooth ride that is as comfortably quiet as your first mile. Because performance and safety matter to you, Michelin makes tires to last and backs the Michelin Defender2 tire with an 80,000-mile manufacturer's treadwear limited warranty[3] in addition to the 6-year standard manufacturer's limited warranty.[4]

Great tires

This is my 3nd set of Michelin defender tires. They have all been excellent and gave me great tread life. The Defender 2 I just purchased are quiet and they handle great, much better than the tires that came with the car when they were new. I'm very pleased and I'm confident I will get the same milage from these as with past Michelin tires

Durability and Performance

A couple of weeks ago i was stopped, checked a couple of times to see if it was clear to go ready to pull out across traffic when someone came flying out of nowhere. As soon as I saw him I hit the brakes, and he hit his. Luckily I stopped within inches of his car, I can only say how lucky I was to have such great tires on my car along with good brakes. Such a nice smooth ride, love my Defenders.

I love the performance of my tires. Have been buying michelin for years and will not change. Matter of fact I put these on my 2017 honda in April and got a new honda in june. I insisted they switch the tires off the new vehicle and put my michelins on it which they did
