Abraham Lincoln was known for a great number of addresses and political maneuvers. Though his greatest stamp on history is that of the President who kept the Union together during the US Civil War and then finally putting an end to slavery. That’s probably why Honest Abe the Great Emancipator is remembered so often in school plays and community theater performances.
