i bought this phone as a back up and ive been having issues with it every since i bought it. the touch screen doesnt always response. i would have to double tap just for it to respond. the phone system is always closing out including the apps. and not to mention the phone would freeze up, shut off then restart.

Then all these lines come up , then all these lines came up, with IME number, model number, and serial number. still couldn't fix it. wouldn't shut off had to let the battery die. I threw the box away so I couldn't find where to send it to
