This computer had no reviews when I bought it so I looked on Best Buys website. A lot of people gave it bad reviews because it was "slow." Well if you know anything about laptops pre-loaded with Windows, they would have known to uninstall the 20 unnecessary programs like 3D viewer, Xbox things, etc., change settings to not allow various apps to run in the background, and have a registry/hard drive cleaner installed (everyone should do this to extend your computers life). With all of those things being done upon setup, this computer is great. It's sleek, lightweight, and works just as an i3 processor would be expected to. I changed it from Windows S Mode to regular Windows 10 Home very easily, because I'm not a fan of only being able to use products from the Microsoft store. It works for basic school and work needs, streams well with surprisingly loud speakers. Don't expect to be able to use design software or play processor-heavy games on this computer. You need at least an i5 for that. This is probably the best quality laptop I could have bought for less than $400, knowing ASUS was one of my best bets for quality AND affordable price. The keyboard has cute larger than usual characters which is kind of nice. It has a sleek metal body with a pearlescent white cover. Screen quality is fantastic, and the power cable is nice and compact too. I've had it about a week now, and the only issue I have is browsing on websites with obscene amounts of ads causes page loading to lag a little but that's to be expected with an i3 when I'm multitasking.

Love this computer. It uploads very quickly, shuts down in seconds. Very fast and light. Perfect size for travel. Great screen resolution. The only thing I would add would be a couple more USB ports. Everything else works perfect.
