Always get this kind with the black waist ties. The manufacturer sells another kind with the same-color tie in the middle of the waist, which tends to roll over. Also, get a size up. These are thin and silky, like the material for headscarves or do-rags. I will use them for house wear or bed wear--definately not athletic wear! They are a lot thinner than I expected. Also... they run small. I ordered X-Lg... 2X-Lg would have been a better fit. I might be able to use them as underwear.
