We have a automatic cat box and this is the best litter that we have found by far it doesn't make near the mess. It clump well and it holds well for the duration of the week. Sometimes it even makes two weeks. The absorbency and the flow of it through the automatic box is 9out of 10 best cat litter for automatic box that we have found and we have tried many different brands.

We have converted from Clay to corn based cat litter. The corn litter is lighter. I do not believe it is 50% lighter as the bag says but it is noticeably lighter. This means you use less pounds in the litter box. It is more absorbent so less litter is used. The clay litters today have become very dusty. Corn based litter is not dusty to start. It does produce some dust as it is used but we found the dust to be heavier so it does not spread everywhere. A broom takes care of the smaller amount of corn dust. At first it has a strong corn smell. It also starts out very yellow and turns browner as it is used. The 2 pack is the best price we have found for corn litter. It took a few days for our cat to get used to it.
