Do not recommend.
Quality is poor. All of the plastic foot pads broke off. I reattached with 2-sided tape. While installing I snapped in half 3 of the small bolts used to attach the step to the brackets. They are soft metal. Once installed (by using my body mount bolts) my truck squeaks like an old western buck board. No matter how much I torque them my truck squeaks. Terribly annoying. I do not recommend.

Aries 6"Oval Stainless Step Bars
The Good: Nice look, I like the stainless. The Bad: Directions included were basically unreadable, but was able to download them off Aries website which has coler pictures. Thought these were supposed to be direct bolt on, but you have to trim the aft brackets to fit first gen Tundra. Also have to drill into vehicle body to attach the bracket supports.

Trouble with bolts heads
I love the bars but 5 of the flat head of the bolts snapped off ,i replaced them with stainless steel bolts and improvised. I ground down the bolt heads so they would slide down the bar slots.i haven't had any trouble with my adjustments. P.S.someone tried to steal my bars but couldn't get the stainless bolts off.
