Okay 1.) this has never been a 400$ vacuum it's been on sale since at least February 2025 for 95$ (it's October now) 2 for the price being under 100$ it does its job but by month 4 my release tab to get the roller out is jammed there's two bulges on the sides of the roller making it impossible to remove because the plastic warped from heat and pressure of debris and I was told it has a one year warranty regardless of paying for one but I don't have the original packet of info and can't find any way to contact the seller to get the issue fixed if the issue was fixed the review would be perfect spend the extra money and get a reliable well known brand avoid the headache
