opened box???

Opened the shipping box and the lock box did not have any wrapping around it was opened before? the inside was already opened, upon looking at the parts , It did not have any keys!!!!! It was shipped to the store & 1 hour after my wife picked it up I returned it to the store. who ever was responsible for sending a open returned box should have to pay for my trips back & forth to the store. from now on when I receive a package delivered to the store I will make them open it before I except it!!
