Very effective yet gentle. Does not affect my gums in any way like many other toothpastes do. If I want whitening effect I combine it with Smileactives gel, it is greatly compatible with it. Both products are gentle to my gums and mouth lining, yet I get the same results as those harsh whitening toothpastes give, if not better.

I've used AIM for over 40 years and been cavity free for most of them. Since I was a child, this was my toothpaste of choice. My teeth feel clean and smooth without the chalky aftertaste of other toothpaste options. My breath is always fresh and minty.
