Instructions
General directions: Important: Read directions for proper use. Age group directions: Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older:: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters into cap (10 ml mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 16 ml mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

I Can't Stray From Act
I love Act mouthwash. I wanted to try other brands before I got too attached to Act, but nothing quite compared to the fresh feeling I get from using Act mouthwash. I don't find that it burns my mouth. My mouth always feels nice and clean and I feel like I have fresher breath when I pair Act with flossing and brushing. 10/10 would recommend. Although, I do think I am more partial to the cinnamon flavor rather than the mint flavor.
