Be careful

I received the box and it was tore up at the bottom, but taped back together with packaging tape. when I moved it, I heard all sorts of rattling. when I finally got to rapping here for Mother's Day. Four bolts fell out of the box where the tape was. i finally put it in the garage today until a week or 2, when I can assemble. But not sure how that's gonna go. i'd rather just get a new set of hardware. and I may even initiate a return until I hear back from the Company. So I don't miss out on a return date.
