Worked great to flush brake lines Mercedes C300

Bought this to flush the brakes on a mercedes C300. The dealer wants too much money so i try to do everything that i can myself. I saw this pressure bleeder on sale so figured i would try it out. As soon as I received it i assembled it and went to pressurize it without fluid, air was leaking from the filler cap. Thats when I realized the tool is for that cap, and after cranking it down it was sealed and no air leaks and holding pressure. Comes with decent instructions. The Mercedes manual says the car holds 500ml of brake fluid so i got a 1 liter tin of Mercedes Dot 4 brake fluid. Remove as much old brake fluid from the reservoir with a turkey baster than fill with new fluid, fill the pressure bleeder with the rest of the brake fluid and attach everything, pump the pressure bleeder to 15psi and then flush each brake caliper. I used a piece of 1/4" ID clear vinyl tube and empty Gatorade bottle to capture the old fluid attached to the caliper bleeder screws. The old brake fluid was a dark brown color so it was easy to see the new brake fluid which is a light golden color. Bleed until new fluid was coming out then close the bleeder screws. After each caliper i gave the pressure bleeder a few pumps to bring it back up to 15psi. The 1 liter container of new brake fluid was more than enough to flush everything and had some left over. When finished just release the pressure from the unit and dissconnect the hose and remove the cap and put the cars cap back on. The fluid level in the reservoir remained the same as when i started. I dumped the remaining fluid back into the brake fluid container and left the pressure bleeder upside down on a towel to drain so there was nothing left and clean for storage. This pressure bleeder worked perfectly and made flushing the brake lines very easy.

I received the pump with no fittings although it was clearly advertised... so I have a pump that is of no use to me
