this stuff will seriously pump you up with energy
i love using this before my workouts when i need the extra boost and/or i dont feel like i have much engery. if its your first time using it, i HIGHLY recommend doing a half scoop. i made i the mistake taking a whole heap of a scoop like it said, and my skin was itching like crazy. the gummy bear flavor doesnt do that but the blue razz does.
