Horrible experience start to finish

I ordered the stickers 31 days ago %26 finally cancelled a week ago, bc what I bought for came and went. They just arrived, rolled up, held in place w/rubber band, wrapped w/thin trash bag material %26 mailed. Center severely bent from band %26 entire thing heavily creased end to end. NONE are useable!
