Love it but…

Set it up and when I turned it on and started walking the belt went to the left and got flipped over on the edge. After trying to fix it the folded over part of the belt is torn. I have already ordered another one though because I already know it's gonna be perfect! It's just what I want for my apartment and it is very made!

Customer service feedback

While this walking pad worked i LOVED it! However about a year in it did stop working. I contacted customer service and after providing some information i was offered a refund for the product. I am satisfied with the customer service and their warranty but i would have been happier if the product lasted longer.

It's a really great product for the price I paid. Shipping was slower than expected but not a big issue. I love that I can exercise at my own pace. I also love all the extras that I can order for my treadmill. Great product for a great price and a great convenience. 👍
