Wrong size not as described!!

This item showed up in a bag smashed, melted and not as described at all! These are supposed to be 26 gram bars. They are not they are 21 gram bars 100 grams less than promised. The fact they were sent in a bag with no protection and it is wrong size/damaged unacceptable.
