Vickerman 5.5' x 36" Flocked Atka Slim Artificial Christmas Tree, Unlit

I ordered directly from Vickermans, when I got the tree the first thing I noticed was how poorly they put the lights on the tree. The whole thing was extremely tangled in between other branches and literally thrown on the tree not weaved. The second issue was a section was not working properly and the final issue was the customer service. I had emailed them with no response and when I called she was uninterested in my feedback and had an attitude. When you spend over $1000 on a tree you would expect it not to be sloppy and for the company to have better customer service. I had requested a refund for the light portion because I liked the tree and was willing to put on new lights myself and without an explanation I get an email with return labels from Pamela and no content in the email? This is what I meant by rude.
