T13 figures are fine and as described with one exception. They are NOT assembled and each packet of parts must be put together to create the action figure. In the end, the figures are ok but the assembly process was unanticipated. The wording in the vendors description would leave you to believe that assembly was complete. Not the case. Aside from that great toys !
