This chest of drawers is VERY small. My 4 year old can reach the top no problem. In this case, it is for her, so it works, but being all particle board this it's over priced. If you're looking for a large chest of drawers with lots of space this is not it. Also the "back" isn't even really a back, it's a wire X, no cardboard backing. I wouldn't buy this again
