you need to be close to power for it ......no battery ....... i can understand why ....half way through a recording it runs down..... you would start over but one of those solar charge batters for cell phones would fix it but there's another 30ish.....but audio seems to track with video .....great video btw..... seems very solid .... very easy to use.....will play back on the device and go out hdmi no other out ports ather than sd card or a ext hard drive.......it doesn't have any bluetooth...... wifi .......con's THAT i think is GOOD....i think there is a bit to much of that junk floting around.....(maybe i'm to old school)
