It helps naturally with occasional abdominal discomfort and bloating and gas. The Ashwagandha in it naturally helps your body promote a healthy response to stress which is an added bonus. It's easy to take, adults take 1 capsule per day. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I'd absolutely recommend this to all my friends and family!

Works fast

This really helps with the bloating and uncomfortable feeling I used to get after eating. I love this probiotic so much. It's easy to swallow and it helps tremendously with the blah uncomfortable feeling in your gut. Highly recommend this product.

Good benefits!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since trying align prebiotics I have noticed an improvement in my digestive health as well as everyday stress. It does a pretty good job of just kinda relaxing everything. As far as helping with stress I think it does a good job not being a prescription. I would recommend trying this!
