Back for another pair! New design tweeks!

I have owned quite a few pairs of these shoes over the years. It looks like Simpson has made a couple changes that may address a couple of my minor issues with them. They have new stronger laces that look to prevent the outer convert from being cut by the top hooks and the sole design and maybe material has been changed a little too hopefully keep from cracking at the ball of the foot area when they get older.

Decent shoes, so far

I've had these shoes for a few weeks and so far so good. They're light, pretty comfortable, and seem relatively durable. The listing suggests ordering one size larger than you normally wear and that seems funny but worked out about right. The heel seems a little loose but they don't slip up when you walk. My concerns are whether the sole will hold up, or break down on the outside of the heel as some do for me, and if they'll hold up to working in the shop over the long haul. Time will tell, but so far I like them and they're a good value.
