Broken on arrival hard to return
When we where putting this product together some of the wires in the steering wheel where broken. I tried to return it at Walmart and they wouldn't take it back now I'm struggling to return it and I've just read there was a 50% charge on the returned product if it is broken or Assembled any at all; the reason we are returning it is because it was broken on arrival!

The product arrived well, but not even 24 hrs and the parental control completely stopped working. At first it didn't want to turn and then it completely stopped. Yes, we did change the batteries but nothing seems to work completely dissatisfied.
