Whole food

I enjoy that this one is made from whole food ingredients. Just poweders from high vit c plants. To get the dose, need to take multiple capsules, so jar runs out quick.

This C gets an A+!

In my naturopath training I learned the differences between ascorbic acid (not Vit C) and natural Vit C, they're very different. This food sourced C has been my go to ever since I saw how big and rough the acorbic acid molecules are compared to natural vit C! I put it in smoothies or have capsules for when I can't make a smoothie while traveling. Love love this whole food combo! Sooo good for us!

More Complete Than Ascorbic Acid

I'm using this product to help combat histamine production. I've tried regular vitamin C supplements, including liposomal vitamin C, but this definitely has a better effect than those. The only grudge is these are very expensive but so far it's worth it.
