When it works it's great!
Purchased first year it came out. Couldn't get any image from transducer. Spent multiple hours on phone and email between Humminbird and Minn Kota. They both were pointing fingers to each other. Everything, even the boat was new. One authorized Minn Kota repair shop had it for weeks and didn't find anything wrong. A year and a half of not working finally found another authorized repair shop. They found the issue to be the wires in the motor head were arching to the motor housing. Replaced with new motor and worked fine after that. Biggest issue other than me being smarter than both tech support is that the warranty was mostly over before it was fixed and couldn't fish much because I was always troubleshooting the problem and researching on the internet. I'm a Network Engineer and your technology is like the 1980s. You could do much better networking devices. Why are trolling motors Bluetooth enabled, but you graphs are wired old school.

Disipointment with quality
I went to the lake after installing my motor with several very valuable customers, my motor deployed but would not run. After a frustrating 2-1/2hrs I was able to trouble shoot the problem. My motor was assembled with the one of the brush springs installed incorrectly.

Not as advertised
I've had to manually stow this this motor twice in the year and 7 months that I have owned it. This is not just a minor inconvenience. I have seen other boats with the same problem. I don't believe that everyone could even do it. If I was in high wind or rough water I don't know if I could do it.
