I wrote the other review because I was questioning the quality of these boots, that was before I contacted the seller. When I did, they apologized, and immediately made it right with a refund. I believe the issue I had with one of the boots was not typical, and now I'd like to remove the negative review because it's not fair to the seller. I'm sorry to say the terms of the reviews do not let me. I will buy another pair, and would recommend them to others as well, especially because of their excellent customer service.
