Leaked; doesn't connect directly to a hose

Please be aware that you can not connect a hose directly to this product. I was a little confused by the description (my fault probably), so thought I'd clarify for anyone else. The spout that comes out the side is a G1/2 (male) thread, whereas a standard American hose requires a 3/4 GHT (male) (Garden hose thread male) connection. G1/2 (male), what this has, is a shower pipe size (i.e., unscrew your shower head; the pipe it connected to is likely G1/2 male.) So, to connect a garden hose to this, you would need to purchase another adapter: G1/2 (female) to 3/4 GHTM adapter. The reason for the low stars in my case: 1. It leaked, no matter how many rubber washers I used. 2. I do not like the way it connects to a female faucet: you have attach a separate adapter (included), but it connects better to the faucet than to the device, and so it ended up getting stuck on my faucet when I went to remove the device, and I had to use channel locks to remove it (it seems many are this way.) I would rather have had one that does not require the use of a separate adapter to attach to a female sink (they can be found). If you are planning to put this on permanently, this might not be an issue 3. It does not accept standard sizes aerators. In fact, all that's in the bottom spout (where tap water would come out), is some metal grates and a tiny plastic piece. I tried to put my preferred aerator in it, but the device was too narrow to accept it. because of this, I would not be able to install it permanently on my sink. Ultimately, I will return this due to the leak. Hopefully this is helpful to someone.
