Very Vibrant and yet it doesn't get in your face bold. I got the 4 x 6 for a tiled dining room floor to place under the table for contrast, color, and so the legs of the chairs don't scratch the tiles. Yes, it is a bit more expensive that the cheapie area rugs, but well worth it. Very happy with purchase.
